The Czech Smart City Cluster (CSCC) is a key partner in the Danube-ADAPT project, which aims to strengthen climate change adaptation capacities in the Danube Region through data-driven decision-making and digital tools. CSCC leads the IT development of the Danube Region Adaptation Support Policy Platform – an online tool providing access to climate vulnerability data and supporting strategic planning. The Czech team also contributes to climate risk mapping, pilot testing of methodologies, and awareness-raising activities that help integrate evidence-based measures into local and national policies.

The project was launched on April 1, 2025, and will run until March 31, 2028. The total project budget is EUR 2,641,914.50, of which EUR 2,113,531.60 is co-financed by the Interreg Danube Region Programme 2021–2027 through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) at a co-financing rate of 80%. |
